It’s quiet because it’s super weak. It’s lights and flimsy. Also, the silicone head isn’t properly fitting, and requires foam to hold its shape. Also don’t even think about using this thing without the silicone head because you will burn yourself.

I love that the vibration is strong and steady also the color is beautiful I ordered blue nicely made and the head of it is very soft not too hard that it hurts it is a plug-in one to the wall so you do not need no battery it is always ready to go it runs a long time and does not get hot also a great feature great value for its money one of my Best Buys
