Great remote, works as advertised!
I tried several other remotes to pair with our gate, with no luck. This one worked as advertised. The enclosed instructions were perfect and I followed them to the letter. Now I have 2 new functioning remotes. Also, can’t beat that price!

Inexpensive Garage Door Openers That Worked Immediately When Programmed
These garage door openers were ordered to replace 2 garage door openers that had ceased to work. The new openers were easy to program with the garage doors. A person can choose to program the openers by setting a series of dip switches in the opener and garage door. Or, there is an automatic process which essentially is pressing buttons in the opener and garage door in the correct sequence. I chose the latter. Both garage doors were programmed into each opener in about 10 seconds per door per operer, so we now have openers in both of our cars. Just make sure to press the buttons in the proper sequence. The price is excellent and very competitive. In addition, the openers have continued to work flawlessly since being received. I would order these openers again.

Worked perfectly for my Chamberlin w/RED learn button. Be sure to use the remote's learn button too!
Worked perfectly for my early 2000 model Chamberlin which has the RED learning button. Two presses for me to program in the correct button for both garage doors as stated in the chart in paperwork. Do not forgot to open the battery door and press that tiny black button labeled "ON". It is required to be on when you are programming your garage door opener to each button on the remote. If you miss that step, you can't program a thing! The remote is well made and solid, the battery door has a nice snap to it when it closes so you be sure it won't drop off. It's also got a Braille type bump with one button having one raised dot and the other two raised dots. Kind of handy if you need find the the correct button in the dark. This remote can program most all digital/programmable openers that do not use any dip switches or older models that do use dip switches as this remote comes with 12 switchable dip switches.I feel this model remote will work with the majority of makes and models as long as you set it up correctly for your model as per the instructions!I have two old remotes here that require a coin to unsnap and remove the battery case and every time the case gets chewed up more from doing that. The slide in door and snap-closed feature of this new remote is sure a big improvement over my old ones! The battery by the way is easy to access and change quickly. This remote was well thought out.5 stars all around.

Remotes work or they do not.
Did not work at all. Tried several times to program it step by step, no success. It said it worked with all different types of garage doors. Maybe it will work for yours, but it did not work with mine. Linear.

Nice opener
The opener was a bit tricky to program but with a little patience I finally understood the directions. On the other hand, The compact opener stored two door codes and handled either dip or signal codes. Great deal!

So easy a caveman can do it
You just need to push the button on your garage door opener to program it. I waited for my significant other to do it for two weeks before I took matters into my own hand and had it done and under five minutes.
