Great addition; simple to install and adjust for your personal weight. I weigh over 230 Lbs. and it works fully as expected; it does not disappoint. This is my second purchase and has made rides a heck-of-a-lot more enjoyable, (I normally travel between 40 and 70 miles per ride.) Great relief and great value.

It does work but it could be a little more adjustable. When I push down on the seat it does move up and down. I weigh about 200 lbs and can feel some movement when I hit a substantial bump, but I would like to be able to soften it just a little more. I am already at the bottom of the adjustment so It is as soft as it goes. Maybe if they offered a different spring that would compress just a bit more.2/14/2022 Update: Went for a 20-mile ride today and about halfway through I started getting an annoying clicking noise when pedaling. Turns out it was the seat post. I am going to try a little WD40 to see if that clears it.

Wow, after all these years riding bikes, had no clue there were suspension seat posts. This one has a lot of bang for the buck compared to others I’ve seen for more than 5X the cost. I read an earlier review about it not being so great, and how it didn’t really work with their weight. That may have been a little true.For readers perspective, I am 6’5 and weigh 250-260 lbs, the suspension post is at its most open (softest) state and my weight barely gets it to move just right. So I can see someone that weighs a lot less not getting the correct function out of it, to the point where it acts like the normal post they’re trying to get away from….so buyers, keep that in mind. Got this to toss into my E-bike. One of the best upgrades so far.

The quality of this suspension post is awesome. I like the performance and the seat connection design.

Couldnt adjust the screw after a few turns. And now Ive missed the return window so im not happy!

Very little travel and poor shock absorption in general but still better than no suspension at all which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I would shop around though, I don't like this seatpost.

I liked the ease and angle of installation of the seat to the post. It’s easy to set the tension for the level of shock support I wanted.One complaint though. It squeaks as the shock works going over small bumps or dips. I had disassemble it shoot a bunch of WD40 into it to stop the squeaks.
