Q: Do you all sell unmilled durum wheat berries? I am new to learning about unmilled grains.

Not sure which site your at but yes you can get them. Surf around or ask Google to show you. YouTube any questions as well, there's lots of videos of people that will give you advice on the different ways to different things with different grains.

Q: Would i buy these soft white winter wheat berries to make white flour/bread? if so do i need to sift out bran after milling?

The wheat berries make a very tasty loaf after they are ground. Don't sift out the bran!! That's a big part of the nutrition. If you're not a 100% whole wheat bread fan, try a combination of winter wheat and bread flour. Start with a 50/50 mix and adjust to taste. One other thing - whole wheat sometimes uses a bit more water than bread flour. Enjoy.

Q: Is there a ground soft white winter wheat flour?

I use the White Lily brand. We have it in our grocery stores in Georgia. It is soft winter wheat and the preferred brand for us southern cooks.
