Damaged and disappointed
The doll came in a damaged box, which, for a collector ruins both the aesthetic image and value of the doll. The box is dented, visibly worn and damaged. The delivery box was undamaged, so this damage must have taken place before packaging and delivery. Unacceptable. Only option is refund and reorder which is an inconvenience. Do better.
