T-MOBILE REVVL (5G) 128GB T790W (T-Mobile/Sprint Unlocked) 6.53" Display Smartphone - Nebula Black (Renewed)

I bought this phone "refurbished" in July, 2022, only because T-Mobile demanded 5G phones. I think the phone was never used by any customer before me. Not a scratch; virgin box.It is larger than I would like, but it makes it easy to read and make texts.I am not a person who walks around like an idiot staring at his phone. This phone is cheap and adequate. It has many features I'll never use. For $139 (the cheapest 5G I could find) it is a great value.

This may not be the Cadillac of phones, but it's a workhorse. What caused me to go for it over competitors is the tech specs; this phone still has a headphone jack, has a decent camera, decent processor, and excellent RAM specs...6GB.It's impressive to find a phone with 6GB of RAM at this price point. Even if it's an older phone, because of the RAM it should be able to operate as designed for another few years, as long as it's not abused with inappropriate usage to cause it to be bogged down with malware/spyware.The battery is it's weekpoint. It lasts the day, but not much beyond that, depending on how MUCH you use it in the day.Overall, happy with it.

This phone did not state in the description that it was a MetroPCS Phone and when I tried to activate said unlocked phone with T mobile, I couldn’t . The screen came on and said MetroPCS AND then proceeded to state on screen : this phone is Network locked The idea of T Mobile owning MetroPCS and not being able to activate or unlock the phones just baffles me. Do not buy this phone for Sprint or T mobile accounts. Aside from that, I bought it refurbished and the back came unglued. Nobody touched it. It just popped out and I knew I was returning said phone

Good value for the price. I've been very happy with the phone so far. I use my phone for a lot of things and it's been able to do everything I need it to do. Good photo and video quality as well. The only I don't like or maybe haven't figured out yet is how to close out "pages/windows" when done with them.

The phone itself is a very nice phone. It has a decent size screen, fingerprint reader, face recognition, and comes with a lot of storage space. Battery does charge super fast which is also nice. I bought this phone because it says its compatible with CDMA carriers. Apparently it is only compatible with some carriers. If you have ASSURANCE WIRELESS, this phone will NOT work with your service!!EDIT TO ADD: tried this phone on multiple carriers and it was not compatible with any of them. Tried straight talk, t mobile, and ting mobile on top of the assurance wireless and it did not work on any of them!
