Customer Service - Three of my plastic drawers arrived shattered, but I don't think that's fair to pin on the unit because the delivery people always end up damaging my packages somehow. Yaheetech was excellent, and they sent me three replacement drawers after I sent them an image of the broken ones.Summary - This product works great as a light-duty storage unit intended to keep many smaller items separate. I would put this on par with a cheap particle board unit, without the mess of particle board and peeling veneer. One plastic drawer can hold a surprising amount without flexing (e.g. two hammers in one drawer) but I recommend loading as light as you can for the best user experience. I wouldn't recommend using this as a toolchest in a garage workshop, but it would be great as a craft room toolchest holding tape, brushes, craft knives, etc.Beware - the metal bends easily, but unless you're using it as a stepping stool, it's fine. Be careful when tightening down the screws because over tightening will keep crush the metal tube construction.Could be Better - The plastic drawers ride inside of simple U channel sheet metal rails, and the edges of the metal feel sharp. Although they probably won't cut you, the edge can catch on the plastic drawers sliding on them, especially if the drawers are loaded with heavy items. Again, keeping the drawers light will mitigate this issue and I don't really notice it.

I really needed a place to store my resin molds and have been wanting one of these for a while now but just did not want to pay the price. This one went on sale, and while I would have prefered a clear one, I bit the bullet. I needed several short drawers as I did not want to stack the molds on top of each other and ruin the shapes. This fit the bill completely. It was the perfect size for the space I had available. The short drawers are holding all my flat molds and the larger drawers are perfect for my 3D deep pour molds. I would suggest putting them in zip lock bags to keep the dust off as well because the drawers have an opening all around them. It was very easy to put together and the steel top is perfect. I have a UV Curing Light Box (16x12) on top and still have some space for my heat gun beside it when in use, and my mini table saw. I do recommend it and would purchase again. I love it!

The media could not be loaded. I like it, but could be a little sturdier. I like the size, value, and how the assembly was simplified. I say simplified, because it really is not a simple thing and I believe the assembly is as simplified as is possible. Again, with the metal on metal and movement there will be loosening of the bolts. This can be remedied with rubber washers and really tightening these down. I intend to do just that as I REALLY like how this works for me. The plastic bins ridge that actually slides in the drawer slot could be thicker. One of mine with some heavier items in it did crack. I have used this for a couple months now, and it gets moved around to wherever I am working. I would buy again. Actually, I did buy it twice.

This is perfect for organizing my seashells for my small business. Each drawer has quite a bit of space and it's easy to wheel around if needed. One thing to mention is the drawers cannot handle much weight or they will slip out of the side grooves and fall out. This hasn't affected me with how I'm using it, but worth mentioning. It was packaged really well and super easy to assemble... I did it myself in about 10-15 minutes.

I should have taken pictures prior to putting my students names on the drawers, I was just excited to put it together and use it. There is assembly required, but I put it together in about 15-20 minutes. My students put all of their classwork for the week in their seat sack folders. I then am able to take out their papers and place them in each of their bins to go through on Thursday to staple and for them to take home on Fridays. It keeps the clutter away and allows the parents to get papers all at once instead of every day(as a parent who has 4 kids bring home papers every day, the stack of papers at once makes it easier to go through instead of papers being all over the place. My parents love this way of only getting papers every two weeks. We send home all craft/art based projects home once a month. This really helps me keep papers organized, I have folders in each of their bins (Math, Reading, Science/SS, Go Home). This not only allows me to just pull straight from each child's bin without having to search where a paper may be, It allows me to put their classwork in if they are absent to be able to make up. I also have "finished early" worksheets for them in each bin. So with my early finishers, they come and get 2 "early worksheets" out of their bin(keeps them from asking what do they do next).So over all this exceeds expectation, as it serves MANY uses organizationally without having the stress of who did/didn't get what paper, and other things we as teachers go through on a daily basis.I will more than likely order a couple more, just because they do really help keep things organized.

It looks nice and has lots of room for dialysis supplies, but my husband has had to re- tighten due to being wobbly. Not as sturdy as I was hoping.

The media could not be loaded. This is large enough for me to be able to keep most of my art supplies. I can roll into other rooms in the house.Downside: really heavy supplies will bend the drawer slightly and possibly pull the drawer off its track.

it tilts whe you load it up with some stuff. Drawers are fine however the tubular structure too week .needs some kind if a support. Waste of money
