Ultimate 2018 US Military MRE Complete Meal Inspection Date January 2018 or Newer (Spaghetti with Meat Sauce)

I live in California, with the earthquakes and fires. A family needs to be prepared. I bought 1 to see if this was something we could live with when (not if) we need to and I was really impressed! 1 package will provide a full day's meals for me for sure. They dont just give you 1 main course and call it a day. I'll tell you what was in mine... Spaghetti with meat sauce, a piece of multi grain bread (looks like a bigger thicker unsweetened pop tart) which was perfect for the package of peanut butter and a package of apple jelly to make a pbj for lunch. It had a nice size pkg of raisins... (breakfast), and one of spicy cheezits (snack) a big pkg of hot coco, a lemon gatorade type drink, a spork, salt, moist towelette, gum and (not 100% sure if its a napkins or TP) guess its either one you need. There is enough for 1 person for a day. Its not 3 lg meals but it will definitely keep a person going all day even a larger person. If you buy these meals individually its expensive @ 13.00 each give or take but if you buy a case of 24 meals for 140 then it brings the cost down to 5.83 each. Ive been told if your military then they are about a dollar each. Ive got military personnel in my family but they live in another state and we arent that close to ask them to do that for me. They are a busy family, but I have thought about it. Lol. Really these are worth the buy and they are pretty good tasting too.

I recently started watching YouTube videos on MRE’s and started craving one so I went to Amazon and found this gem! It’s my first MRE and arrived a the VERY NEXT DAY. To me, that was amazing. The flavor was really good, the items provided were enough to fill me and my siblings up, (we’re 4) and it made me purchase another! So excited to try the rest of the MRE’s.

I really liked it. Taste good. A lot of goodies inside. I actually took it for hiking trip and worked out well!

Bought for BOB treat meal. Seems good, however is so bulky and not compactly packaged. I ended up opening the outer package and removing unneeded items and packing the packaged foodstuffs more compactly in a ziplock.

My son wanted to try one of these, so we ordered one. There were a lot of items in the MRE. Snacks, drink mix and main entree. The flavor wasn't bad considering its a MRE. It took awhile to heat up, make sure you shake the heater really well. However it is not worth the $20 you pay for it, you can get cheaper deals from a whole seller.

Riding ATV in Ocala National Forest and the MRE was an easy way to transport a tasty meal. Easy to prepare and very filling.Had the Spaghetti with Meat sauce and was suprised by the good taste. Will order more for next years trip out West!

Not bad, but not great either. I was pretty hungry when I made this and I don't know who said it but " hunger makes the best sauce." So yeah, it wasn't bad, easy to prepare, and filled me up
