Works great.
Red hour hand stopped moving. Re-set Red hour hand several times. Will run for a while then stop.The regular clock works fine.Contacted Seller and they were very kind to offer a refund, but also gave me great instructions of howto correct problem. I chose to correct the problem. Hard to find a real 24 hour clock like this.It is doing very well now.

Just Exactly as Described.
Arrived on time easy tracking. Product works as described. Is not atomic clock accurate but maintains time correctly for my application. Can track Zulu time for my Ham Radio activities.

Quality control is lacking
I'll start with the fact that the real people working in customer service at this company are excellent. They are freindly, easily reached, and willing to replace defective items, without even returning the alleged defective unit.That said, I can't recommend this clock. The first one failed a few months after receiving it (the UTC hand stopped, while it continued to keep good local time). I notified them directly without going through Amazon, and they replaced it. The second one failed within a few months. The third one was DOA, and the fourth just now had the UTC time fail. I won't ask to have this one replaced since this has been going on since 2022. 3 of the 4 kept good local time, but I need the "dual zone" feature and it just doesn't last for whatever reason.

Great wall clock.
Nice GMT wall clock. Easy to set time and GMT hand. Takes 1 AA battery. Keeps great time. Very light for the size. Great purchase all around, product, price and shipping.

the 24 hand is easily confused with the minute hand
From a distance, the 24 hand is easily confused with the minute hand. They almost look the same and difficult to tell apart from more than 10 feet

Clock failed after just one year.
Initially gave this clock a good review. However, after nearly one year, it stopped running. I inserted fresh batteries and it would still NOT run. I would not recommend this product.
