Great piece of exercise equipment with awesome assembly process
Love the power tower. Arrived on time and I have to say, this product rocked the assembly instruction and packaging aspect. The instructions were clear to read, the components packaged neatly and all of the nuts, washers and bolts secured in a package that was well-labelled and pretty fool-proof.Once assembled, there is some wobble to the rack that was easily solved with well-placed shims. I didn't like the way the back support arcs back into the rear where the pull-ups are performed and I chose to flip the crossbar around so that it arcs into the rack space. It's perfect now.Great product and value.

Solid and Compact
Great product for the price. Purchased for my husband’s home gym. He’s 175 lbs and works out regularly. He was pleasantly surprised with the sturdy frame. Wasn’t sure b/c of some negative reviews but it turned out great. After an exhaustive search, he picked this model for the various grip options, particularly with the bent bar in center that allows you to simulate rope style pull ups. This feature is difficult to find on other models. The frame is also more compact than others so it takes up less space. If you maintain proper form and pace this product will work fine. Most pull up stations are NOT designed for you to flail wildly so negative reviews about wobbling s/b taken with a grain of salt.

Good Bang for your Buck
Great value for the price I paid (under $150) while most of these are sold out everywhere due to covid.once assembled, its quite sturdy. My Cons;1. backrest pad gets in the way while doing pull-ups (kind of forces you to do clean straight up pull ups)2. seems like more of the pieces could have been pre-welded together to minimize assembly. Again, somewhat minor, since once assembled, its strudy.3. wish pull up bar was height adjustable.

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble and works well for my purposes. Slightly light weight but it’s under $100 so that is to be expected.

Fantastic for the price
I shopped around online looking for a power tower to get into some at-home bodyweight exercises and this one landed at the top of my list. I purchased it open-box from Amazon in "perfect" condition so of course it showed up missing several parts. A single phone call to the Marcy customer service line and they shipped me the missing parts for free practically overnight. I am very glad I chose Marcy, excellent customer service.FYI unlike many other more flimsy brands/models on Amazon, this tower does not have any height settings. It's a fixed height no matter what and it's quite tall. Do yourself a favor and go get the tape measure and see if it will even fit where you want it. Don't forget to include the height of your neck and head above the top bar for pull-ups. I wanted mine in the basement but it was too tall. It's home is on the covered porch now.

It lives in my closet because...
So as not to disturb anyone, I put this together in our master closet, which is as big as a small bedroom. I hadn't decided where in the house it would go but as it turns out, getting it out of the closet when put together.... well let's just say there was a miscalculation. So, on the days I use this (2-3 times a week), I do it in the closet. So far so good and I can actually do three overhand pullups again (you try it at almost 60) and it's not in the wife's way (it's in my area) but eventually I'll have to take it apart partially to move it out of there. But as of now I'm happy with this thing.

You cannot beat the price, quality and easy assembly.
Needed to strengthen my core and decompress my spine. Did much reach and this power tower beat out more expensive units. It also has a two year warranty. You will not go wrong with this unit.

Having bought it, i wish i didnt.
Ive had this product about 3 months now and wanted to give it ample time to give it a fair review.Truth be told i wanted to like this product, but cant. Not even close. Ill explain below.Ok so i bought this for the sole purpose of having a way to do pull ups in my garage rather than going to the gym. It suits that purpose, so i gave it a 2nd star. I will be reselling this as soon as i get a couple other pieces of equipment. I knew this would be cheap based off price, reviews, etc..So, getting to the reason behind the low stars. Ive put this together correctly and tightened the bolts as tight as possible. It was missing a cap on the top and the box was banged up bad, but thats not a biggie. Now im 230lbs bodybuilder with 10+ yrs lifting exp, so not exactly light, but it doesnt matter what exercise you do on it, the middle wobbles. It wobbles when my much lighter wife uses it too. On top of that, the pull up bar has VERY weird angles on it. All i wanted was a straight bar across. Maybe light angle on the outside. This one has angles everywhere that makes it awkward to grip and harder to flex the intended muscles. If you want to use bands to make pull ups a little easier, you can not with this product. Now its fine for me because i can go straight up, but most people lean their legs forward just a bit when doing pull ups. If you do this at all, just know your belly and knees will hit the ab cushion. You will have to go straight up, using weird grip angles. Consider this your heads up.The dip station works pretty normal, aside from the middle still wiggling where you bolt the pieces together (pretty much where the ab cushion is). That doesnt bother me too bad on these, but its every bit as annoying as it is with the pull ups. Expect it to wobble no matter how much you weigh, how strict you can do your reps, and no matter how tight you tighten the parts. The ab cushion is fine. Nothing unexpected. If you are buying a power tower for that though understand that if you have a straight pull up bar and straps you can do the same thing hanging. You shouldnt buy a power tower for ab work. Think of it as a bonus. The pushup bars on the bottom are kinda neat for a change of pace. Keeps me from getting hands dirty from doing pushups on the ground. All things considered, im selling this as soon as possible. In all honesty, ill probably just have to give it away and count it a loss. I hope this saves someone else the trouble of buying something they wont be happy with.
