i got these for a tunic that is slightly too big in the shoulder for me.i don't like dropped shoulders, and this tunic is clearly just too big in the shoulder enabling it to drop a biti inserted the shoulder pads and tacked them in place.they worked perfectly

I like these shoulder pads because they add just a bit of heft to a jacket or coat without the bulk of the 1980s or the 1940s. They are soft, well made, and launder or dry clean very well. I’m aware that the “natural shoulder” look is currently trendy, but sometimes a body is not quite perfect. I know—GASP! I hand sew these into every new jacket and coat for the exact placement I want. They give a little form to drooping shoulders without the “man from Mars” look and give every jacket a better fit and a more tailored look. Try them—you’ll look like a million bucks! 😜

Slide around. Need to put velcro to have them stay in place .

A bit too large for my needs but works fine if you fiddle with it. Fit with a velcro strip the pads won't slide off your shoulders.

When hung on hangers, often soft jackets and cardigan sweaters will stretch on the shoulders. These pads prevent that from happening. I use a couple of safety pins to anchor the pads to the shoulder ends of the hangers and no more hanger bumps. Works for me.

Did realize that they did not come with any fastener. Quality is good but they need something like Velcro, etc. to remain in place.
