Slimy but effective
The blend of melatonin and magnesium really helps me have a relaxing sleep. However, the gummies have a weird firm inner texture and a slimy outer texture. The flavor is a bland tart berry.

Use this product for joint support. Been taking them daily haven't really notice any difference as it relates to my joints.

My wife loves these gummy’s. She can’t take the large pills because they get stuck in her throat whether we cut them in half or not. So we looked for gummy’s and found these. She likes the flavor and she likes the fact that they don’t get stuck in her teeth.
