Ordered this instead of the other one with lots of reviews. Don't know the difference. Nice and soft, high quality, fits mostly true to size. I'm 6 foot 235. Usually get 2XL but it doesn't fit exactly like my other 2XL shirts. I recently lost a lot of weight (20 pounds, thank you) If I still had that weight I would get 3XL. I have very broad shoulders too, and as a coat designed to go over an undershirt I still kind of wish I got 3XL. but I'm keeping this one.

Well made jacket for my vampire costume. Nice colors and the fit for my medium frame is perfect. It came wrinkled and there are no tags on it for how to laundry. I may try a wrinkle remover dryer setting....Update: I did the Wrinkle Away setting on my dryer which uses steam and the jacket came out perfect!

I found this item to be well-made. My wife, who is a seamstress, appreciated the quality of the stitching and materials. It's a lighter weight, which is fine, as I wouldn't want to use it for anything but costume purposes. Up close, it truly resembles a genuine piece of clothing rather than just fabric sewn together to look like clothing.However, I had to return it due to color issues. Its tone is more towards wine or burgundy as opposed to the red tone I saw in the Amazon pics. My costume was color-critical, thus I - unfortunately - decided to return it.If you’re in a hurry, you might want to consider ordering two different sizes and returning the one that doesn’t fit (I suppose that is the price paid for not being able to hand-inspect clothing from a brick-and-mortar location). I ended up paying about $10 more for the jacket that fits me well. Given the craftsmanship and quality of this costume jacket, I'm satisfied with that price.

Definitely worth the buy, very comfortable, my wife couldn’t stop touching the fabric lol. Went to a Masquerade ball and the jacket definitely pulled everything together nicely!

It's a nice little over coat that is good for the price. Has an attached vest. The size chart is pretty accurate too!

The fit is great! The jacket fits as expected based on the give measurements. I don't know that I am completely happy with the value for the price I paid, but I am glad I am a costume designer and create my own costumes from scratch as it should be easy to fix any problems with the knowledge I have. The appearance is very nice from the outside. The fabric is very soft and the black with gray stitching looks very nice. As for the lining it leaves much do be desired. I will need to top stitch the lining near the sleeve cuffs so it doesn't keep sliding out. Additionally the silver piping leave a lot to be desired as it looks cheap and creates problems with folding over the cuffs. The buttons are a little loose but can easily be tightend up with even the smallest sewing knowledge. I plan to replace them with more pirate appropriate buttons anyway. As for the performance, it should do what I need it to. It is a little thin but since I plan to use it at both Renn Faire and CCE when it will be warm out that won't be a problem for me. But I wouldn't recommend if you want to stay warm on cold night.
