Voluminous Sea Salt Shampoo

What got me to try this one despite being married and thrilled about the luscious apple cider vinegar shampoo is the review posted about helping someone's psoriasis. I have seborrheic dermatitis which is just not as bad as psoriasis. The itching and discomfort that comes with it can be maddening when it flares up. Prescription and medicated shampoos never worked. Plus they are harsh. This shampoo is very conditioning. I have naturally curly thinning hair. This gives it volume and gives a boost to the curls. My scalp is calm which is most important for me. So I will rotate this with the apple cider vinegar one which has no vinegar smell, just fresh apples. This one smells like a fresh floral scent. Excellent products and a little goes a long way so worth the price!

For years I have been fighting psoriasis of the scalp with the prescription steroid solution my doctor said was the only treatment available. But it also contributed to excessive hair loss already brought on by the psoriasis.I knew Dead Sea salts to be very healing to skin but was at a loss how to keep it on my scalp long enough to help. Until I found this amazing shampoo! I alternate its use with my regular aloe vera shampoo — no more outbreaks and no more steroids! If I have an inflammation flair-up, I mix some Minera Dead Sea salts into a portion of the shampoo and leave it on my scalp a bit longer.Yes, it’s expensive, but the price is about a third of the cost of prescription steroid solution. Totally worth it!

The first time I ordered this product it was thick and a small Amy was needed. The second time the product was very thin, it didn't work as well and I needed to use more to wash my hair. I won't order it again.

My hair is thinning in spots and this shampoo did a fine job of boosting the volume of my hair.

I really like the way this shampoo smells and how it makes my hair feel. It gives soft, yet high volume.

Bought this because it was highly rated for use with soft water. Sadly, it didn’t work. Remember that Seinfeld episode about low flow water? Well, my hair looked that bad. It didn’t wash away sediment, felt unclean and heavy as if I washed with conditioner. It was an expensive mistake. Anyone have better suggestions for soft water shampoo?

I bought this product because it was recommended to help negate the effects of a water softener on the hair. It doesn’t help at all, and the day after using it my hair feels dirty and heavy. I’m sick over the fact that I paid so much money for something I won’t use and cannot return. The bottles are tiny compared to what I was expecting. It smells good, but the results and value are not. Please keepb looking.

I used to spend time as a child on vacation with my family in Florida and swimming in the gulf always made my hair so soft. As an adult I forgot this feeling until recently I took a trip to the gulf and went swimming. My hair was immediately more manageable and not oily.I went searching here for a salt shampoo that could potentially mimic what the salt water does for my hair. This is it. I’m writing this three days after using so I can very it’s oil control. I have many types of hair on my head, spiel curls on the bottom undergrowth. Then wavy mid broth and the top of my head is fine straight hair. It’s also extremely oily and doesn’t like the trend of skipping shampoos.This shampoo was extremely moisturizing in the shower. I could feel it left my hair with some slip like a conditioner would. I used a minimal amount of my hair serum and allowed to air dry. This left me with a look like I’d been sitting on the beach all day with nice waves and tons of volume. As moisturizing as it is though, it left my hair feeling very clean. And my scalp has not been oily at all.
