Just now received. 2 Casserole items lid loose and not closing properly. Defective item received. Now returning process headache to be encountered which is difficult due to our remote area.

Keeps food hot for less than an hour ….

It's a nice product but the smallest one is too little. I wonder what we can put in that it is size of a big katori only.Rest they arrived well, packing was good. The product is sturdy. Lid closes well. Looks are stylish and I chose them out of other casseroles because one can see what's inside. I will buy one more. I am a fan of this casserole and I am glad I bought this despite the negative reviews. Sometimes it's better to trust our gut and take a leap of faith despite what anyone says. You won't regret this product.

The quality of the steel and lock feature is nice. For hot dish it is the best. I used the product during 6 months and no issue coming yet. And the look is very impressive.

Old used battered utensils

It’s of no use. Food will not be warm atall. It’s like another normal container. Waste of spending so much on normal container.

I bought this because I need something to keep food hot while serving. But I was disappointed with the size and quality. Two of the bowls had dents. They look good in the picture but in reality they are cheap and not worth the money. I found a much better bowl, bigger, stainless steel, much better quality, I can serve hot, warm or cold food without any problems.
