I like it very much. I use it very often. It is just what I was looking for.

Bought this product it the 4 th we own of this model. The battery will not hold change. And of course I’m out of the window to reture with out a restock charge. Why would they restock bad products that doesn’t work. I’m guessing this item was restock that how I got a bad battery. Lesson learned. No my electronics from amazon on their third party restocks.

Wow! What a time saver! I use this in my kitchen/dining room. I have 4 area rugs that get messy all the time. Crumbs, etc. I have two large area rugs in my entryway! I use the Shark for them, too. Now let's talk about my family room, where our 3 dogs visit us! We have straw in their crates outside by the family room sliding door. (We have 2 Walker Coonhounds outside). Of course that straw gets tracked into the family room in spite of a "jute wiping rug "by the door! So we use the Shark to spruce up our family room carpeting in between using our pet strength Dyson vacuum cleaner! It's a nuisance to drag in for pesky area rugs, plus it's rather strong for smallish area rugs. The Shark is very convenient. It holds a great charge. The bin is small and fills up fast, but it's easy to empty. If you don't empty it, it will fail to pick up litter without redepositing other litter. So EMPTY IT every time you've used it on very area rugs. I wait til it dies before recharging it. I love this Shark! It's been the best household gadget I've purchased in a long long time!

It looks new, but probably isn't. I love these things, but the handle of mine broke off at the base and couldn't be fixed. I worry that the same thing could happen to this one, since it isn't new, but refurbished, but here's hoping it lasts. I loved the old one so much that I bought a new battery pack for it about a year ago. Perfect for wood or tile floors.

This was a gift for me from my mom who had one and would always tell me how she loved it. She’s a senior citizen who has mobility issues. So I told her that she could give me one for my Christmas gift. It’s great and lightweight. Does the job and it’s easy to bring up and down the stairs. Easy clean up too. Glad I got it. I recommend it.
