Q: How much pressure will this tank safely hold?

Label says maximum working pressure is 125 psi.

Q: Can i hook this up to my current air compressor and increase its current capacity?

Yes you can. I had to at a tee in order to put a valve fitting and a quick connect fitting on. On the valve I have the inlet connected to my compressor. I use the quick connect as my outlet to my air tool. Works great at hold pressure for months at 120psi.

Q: Does this tamk, come with a needle for equipment and to put air in water toys, what can it be used for

No the tank does not come with a needle. You can buy the needle that will fit into the hose connect that comes with the tank, then it can be used to air basketballs, water toys, etc. This tank can be used for many jobs, with the proper nozzles. Those nozzles are usually purchased separately. The main thing I use the tank for is to provide an air supply away from my compressor, the tank is a lot lighter than loading and unloading my compressor. I hope that this helps.

Q: My travel trailer tires requires 70psi. Is this capable of topping these off after setting over the winter?

If you mean with one tankfull of air, it depends on the size of the tires (not to mention how many). For two tires of reasonable size I don't see why it isn't capable of topping them off at 70 psi. The tank is rated at 125 psi.
