I love the product and will certainly buy it again, for my own use as well as to gift. Beautiful yellow hand made paper that writes beautifully, and is especially compatible with ink pens. The leather cover is meticulously crafted with finesse - the test always is check the edges of the leather and one can make out the effort and attention to detail. Its definitely a conversation starter and I can visualize myself using it for taking personal notes as well as using it in professional meetings. For me what was especially satisfying was that this is a completely Indian hand made product and one that I can be proud of flaunting. Well done. I had earlier bought another diary from the same manufacturer's stable - smaller size, distressed leather and white hand made paper - that diary too is a lovely product with it's own personality. The rugged feel of that diary too is brilliant and the leather on that product is weathering beautifully. Congratulations to the manufacturer for producing very creative products.These diaries will complement any hand crafted messenger bag (such as a dark tan messenger bag from Hidesign), a lovely set of Indian hand made fountain pens (such as from Ranga and Lotus) and adds oodles of personality and character to the person sporting this ensemble.... Didn't add a photo because the product is exactly as in the product images. The quality and packaging , I must say, is exceptional. Not only was the product top quality, it came with a protective cloth cover. I must say this was one of the products I felt was truly value for money. I use a lot of leather bound books... the finish , quality and size of this one is perfect. Quality leather binding without annoying cross stitches on the spine and nice yellow pages that looks nice and doesn't smudge. I'd definitely buy this again. There are many products below this price point but definitely not of this quality. Added the Rustic Town leather bound to my list of must have's meaning I'd order this exact same product every time I want a leather bound book.

If you are looking for something where you can add a part of your life...this is it. Something very intimate yet elegant...Easy to carry. Highly satisfied with everything. From the stuff to the packaging details...highly thoughtful. And yes...the journal is exactly what they show in the available images. It is worth the money value and the best part of it is...it has a personal touch to it...

Quality of leather is nice , paper is recycled cotton…I am able to write perfectly with Hongdian Black Forest series pen and with Jinhao X450 using Platinum Carbon black ink, size is compact which is useful to me while travelling, it’s quite think so sometimes not able to fully utilise the page as it’s little bit difficult to write at the lower part of the page …with Waterman serenity blue ink in Jinhao X450 , I was not able to write properly in paper as ink was not spreading properly on paper.. so shifted to Platinum Carbon black ink and it is writing perfectly … over all happy with this product and will again buy the same

Very much Thick. Good size. Enjoy my writing on it. And the leather quality is soooo good. Overall Value for money.

Really pretty and good for writing, Journaling but not ideal for sketching, painting.Had a hard time trying to sketch on to the papers since they are handmade and not thick enough to withstand erasing or painting. Watercolors are a no no since they will bleed through. For Art/sketching I would not recommend going below 140 gsm for thickness of paper.

The journal came properly packed and the small detail of a thank you note and the Little carry bag made it a spectacular purchase. It was really a pleasant experience. Aside from that, the product itself is very beautiful and really thick in appearance. I think it will take quite a lot of time before I fill it. It is value for money. It is definitely great for gifting someone who would want a journal. Aside from that it would make a perfect self gift too.

Lo primero que noté al recibir el diario es que tiene un peso y un tamaño muy acecuados, ligeramente más grande de lo que esperaba. También tiene un aroma muy agradable a cuero y papel artesanal. Se ve de buena calidad en el papel y la cubierta. Viene dentro de una bolsa de tela e incluye una carta agradeciendo la compra y poniéndose a disposición del cliente en caso de que algo no sea de su agrado, y firmada a mano por el artesano que los hace. Compré este cuaderno para mí pero en cuanto lo tuve en mis manos supe que la siguiente vez que quiera dar un regalo especial probablemente pida más como éste.

I ordered this book first as a gift for my sister's birthday but then found myself desiring a copy after seeing the tactile thick strong stunning journal that came in the mail. Not only did the Journal arrive both times in a small canvas drawstring bag, but it also included a personally signed note from the company thanking me for supporting their small business.I 100% defiantly recommend ordering one of these!!!

The product is very good. It came in excellent condition. No damage. It is a thick book. Paper quality is good. It has the yellowish tint which is a trademark in leather journal. I would recommend for personal use & gifting options too.

Sono un’amante del vintage e questo prodotto pullula di odori di cuoio ed acero, costa perfino poco rispetto al valore che gli darei.Le pagine sono ingiallite e spesse come se fossero dei libri antichi, il laccio è ben solido e lo avvolge per tenerlo chiuso. Assolutamente soddisfatta e nel vaso lo finissi lo ricomprerei assolutamente.

This is an absolutely wonderful journal, of the highest craftsmanship. I searched for hours and hours to find it, and it fits my needs perfectly. It is the same dimensions as my "A Year To Clear" book (5" x 7" and at 1.5" thick it has MORE THAN one page a day for one year)! It has a lovely long strap that allows me to wrap around both the book and the journal which will be my daily devotion this year. The paper is a wonderful creamy color and texture (like a refined handmade paper, slightly rough with fibers visible here and there) and the binding is very carefully made: constructed of 8 banks of 12 doubled and hand-laced-together sheets (yielding 24 sheets with two sides each) for a total of 384 pages (=48 pages x 8) to write on, more than enough for a page-a-day for a year (1 year is 365 days)! The edges are all perfectly even, are squared to the binding and tightly and perfectly glued to create a very refined look. Plus there is a stiff cover page for the front and back just inside the binding, a very nice touch. The leather is a lovely rich brown, very supple, giving a sumptuous feel to the hand. What a joy. It is because of this journal I decided I could start journalling for the first time.
