This is not my first ebike from this manufacturer. The fact that I bought the same exact bike 2 years later should tell you that it's an excellent product. Pretty much bulletproof. But, as it's the second one, I did insist on some upgrades right out of the box that I would FIRMLY recommend. Let's talk about it.BUY PLENTY OF FULLY METALLIC BRAKE PADS. AS IN 6 PAIRS. It's just as important if not more so, to be able to stop as it is to be able to ride. THORN RESISTANT INNER TUBES. Keep the stocks as emergency spares. Same goes for the tires. REPLACE THE STOCK TIRES WITH SCHWALBE TIRES. Just trust me, keep the stocks as spares, they're not terrible. BIG COMFORTABLE SADDLE. Don't skimp on the saddle, the stock one is ok but it's about comfort so you can ride longer and further. STEM RISER NECESSARY. The stock stem is very short. Very short. And last but not least at all, HIGH GRADE FIREARM LUBRICANT FOR THE BEARINGS AND MOVING PARTS. You'll get thousands more miles by adding a professional grade metal conditioner. That being said, you will end up with one of the most formidable, long lasting, quality made and reliable ebikes around. Here's what I have been through with my first T-276: ran it into a FedEx truck at medium speed; had a head-on collision with another bike at full speed; hit a sidewalk curb at full speed and broke my humerus in 3 places; and got hit standing still by another ebikes doing around 16 mph (that broke my headlight). And to this day, that original bike is running flawlessly with over 3000 miles on it, has gone through 2 sets of tires, and the only thing keeping it from being in perfect shape is a very slight and imperceptible warp to the front tire from hitting that curb. Otherwise, no worse for wear, literally. Oh, I did have to replace the charger but no biggie. I just wanted a new one. I remember searching Amazon trying to find an ebikes that would not be a lemon or a toy. How would I know where to start? It's exhausting. Take my advice and make the small upgrades, and rest assured that you made the best decision: these bikes are golden.

Let me start by saying I don’t often leave reviews. But I feel compelled to share my experience so far with this e-bike purchase. Starting with a visit with friends out of state is how I first had a chance to ride this e-bike which I thoroughly enjoyed. They said they owned a pair of these for about two years with virtually no issues. When I returned home I didn’t hesitate to purchase a pair of these e-bikes for our family through Amazon. Well let me say right off.. what an impressive build quality at this price point ! Timely delivery and an excellent customer service experience. I didn’t get a chance to assemble these e-bikes (very easy to assemble) until weeks after delivery only to discover one of the bikes LCD control display was damaged straight out of the box. Quite surprised because the packaging was quite good, solid in fact. So I contacted seller/ company customer service through Amazon’s messaging and received a timely response and resolution for this issue. Easy communication. Customer service spot on ! Replacement part sitting on my doorstep within days. Highly recommended. Good quality comfort ride power at an reasonable price point. Longevity yet to be determined… whole family thoroughly enjoying, so they are being put through their paces.

The media could not be loaded. Part 1 to be updated - I had ordered two of these bikes in advance of a cycling trip for me and my wife.One bike came in great shape with everything working as described.Unfortunatly the 2nd was missing it's battery whoxh was the first problem, using the battery from the other bike I tested the bikes operations to find the horn and light were both not working rasing my concern about the wiring quality and if this resmbles more underlying issue with the electronics of the bike.I am currently in contact with the seller to get a resolution before I depart on Friday. I will update this post when I hear back (video attached of malfunction)

This bike is awesome! I was leary about buying it but the review from the gentleman who described himself as a "285lb porker" sold me on it! Thank you sir for your bluntly honest review!The bike is sturdy, well made, and the motor is surprisingly powerful for the wattage! My husband accidentally popped a wheelie with it when he first twisted the throttle as he took off on his first ride with it (full electric power, no pedaling)! Laughed so hard he had to stop 😂! Needless to say, he's very pleased and that doesn't happen very damn often 😳💜😁. That part is the good news, so why only 4 stars you ask? Because the right pedal pops when you ride it, it has since the bike arrived, and this brings us to the BAD news. I contacted the seller to request a replacement right pedal be sent as the bike was just purchased 2 weeks ago and is still under warranty, SUPPOSEDLY. Seller requested I take and send a picture of the problem for verification but a picture cannot be taken of a bearing/bushing INSIDE of the pedal without destroying the pedal itself! Then they wanted a picture of the crank arm and blah blah blah 🙄🥴. It's just a freaking pedal!! So my advice, buy the bike, by all means.....just NOT from this seller. They will make it basically impossible to file a warranty request! There are other sellers carrying this exact brand and model, you may pay a little more but the bike itself is definitely worth the money. Sadly, this seller's customer service is NOT. I now have to buy my husband a new set of pedals for a brand new bike 😠😭.....he's so happy, for the first time in a long time, and he is afraid to ride it right now because the damn pedal pops. The bike was a gift, purchased for commuting.....now I feel crappy that he can't ride it till new pedals get here. Thanks for that 😞. Jeez people, it's just a pedal.....I'm not requesting replacement of the whole bike.....just the cheap plastic pedal.4 stars for the bike, 5 if the pedal didn't pop......and 0, ZERO, for customer service and warranty claim problems. Seriously, buy it elsewhere....this bike rocks!!
