Great Simple Product that Works as Described!!!
During the warm periods here in Virginia we dress in polo shirts at work. I have wondered about ways to keep my polo collars from curling up. My wife uses fashion tape and showed it to me one day. I tried it and it worked ok, but it sticks your collar to the body of your shirt. Not a bad solution, it keeps your collar in place, no curl, but the tape does not let the shirt move as normal. I was looking for a way that did not involve starching and pressing my polos - too much work!!. Searched Amazon and found this solution. The stick on - no curl triangles seemed like a good solution to try. Ordered them and when they arrived I was a little skeptical. However, I gave them a try. They are small plastic triangles with adhesive on one side. You have to remove the backing that protects the adhesive, its similar to other products, flick the corner and peel away the backing. I typically look in the mirror and place the corner of the triangle at the sharp intersection of the collar and align one edge of the triangle with the bottom edge of the collar. The way the PGA Tour polo collars are made the corners are not exact right angles. But aligning against the bottom edge of the collar works perfect. The product description says they are sticky for at least 3 uses. The first pair that I applied have been working for 8 straight days. I pull them off every evening and stick the corner of each one to the edge of my bathroom mirror, letting the remaining portion of the sticky triangle hang off the side of the mirror not touching anything. They are perfect. You can't tell that they are in place, they keep the collar from curling and the little bit of added weight holds the collar down flat. You have to remember to remove them before you wash the shirt and I think taking them off after each day and storing them properly preserves the stickiness. I definitely would recommend them.

Love these things.
I always hated putting on a polo shirt in the morning, feeling pretty good about myself, only to catch a glance at myself in a mirror later in the day to see my collar ridiculously curled up. Bought these as a refill pack to try out, and I have to say, I do love these things. Recently I'd also bought a cheap dress shirt online because I loved the color and cut and the price was cheap. Come to find out, not only where there no built in collar stays -- sewn in or otherwise -- there were no collar stay pockets at all. No Curl Collar Stays to the rescue. I have to trim them down a tad for that shirt, but they work beautifully. It is now one of my favorite shirts (except for the fact that is also not no-iron). Debating now whether I am going to buy the permanent iron-on set (I don't have an iron yet, so probably not) or the dispenser case set. Probably just buy the refill pack again and toss them in the box with my metal collar stays and collar extenders. (Really they're not so beautiful that I feel the need to display them on my dresser top, but a five star purchase anyway.)

Good product but slightly overpriced
I found adhesive collar stays on my professionally laundered shirts and was intrigued. I found these (the only option). They serve the purpose but are slightly overpriced. The packaging does not provide a good storage solution. That were functional and I had no difficulty removing the adhesive strip easily.

Perfect for keeping polo collars straight!
I've been using these for a few months now, and they are fantastic! I have used them on both cotton and poly, and no problems whatsoever. As cotton polos get older and washed a lot, the tendency for the collars to curl increases--this absolutely solves the problem, so some shirts that aren't brand new, stay looking sharp so I can keep the ones I like longer. Just keep them out of the washing machine. These are good for at least 2 uses, probably more, if I could find a good place to stick them when they're off the shirt. Watch your placement and you won't have to worry about the "crease" some other reviewers have mentioned. Get these and improve your look on the cheap!

They really work!
Like everyone else, my polo shirt collar always curled up or down (whichever looked worse, that's what it would do). I bought these hoping they would provide a solution, and they did, in almost all instances. For shirts where the collars are "thick", with the ribbed material, they are prefect. But, for shirts that are thinner (think of 'shiny' types of material), you can see the outline of the plastic stay, so they cannot be used. The good news, though, is that these collars almost always stay pretty flat.As far as reusing them, yes, they can be reused a few times. The plastic that covers the sticky side, though is not able to be reapplied since it is so thin, so I find that I take the off my worn shirt and apply them to a clean shirt hanging in my closet so it's there whenever I use that shirt.I will purchase these again.

Solid little plastic guys (not anymore, these suck now)
I have bought several packs of the plastic collar stays. They are very useful for polo shirts that have wrinkles in the collar tipsUpdate - they changed how they make these. They are a lot thinner and flimsy now. Also the sticker is impossible to peel off now.

Great product
At this price point, these are amazing. I’ve been fighting with collars for years. I’ve used starch and a myriad of other products to keep the collar straight. I’ve recommended to many of my friends and even given some away for them to try. They too love this product. I can take one set and reuse it for an entire work week and they hold up. I’ve inadvertently washed a set and they still stick well enough for a couple more wears. I’ll be buying this product again.
