Disappointing Quality - Not well thought out
I'm a list person and love planners so I was excited to see this one when it promised to combine a wellness tracker and a daily and weekly planner. Unfortunately, it's not really much of a planner at all and the quality is very poor.Layout:The weekly page has tiny boxes for each day and lines to make a list to the side. Two main problems: the boxes are too small to write much of anything for each day and the lines are so close together that you have to write very small to fit in the lines. The daily page has room for a schedule with the same issue - no real space to write much. The other "tracking" elements on the page give more room but some of them don't make any sense as they give you three options for "mind, body, soul" which I think is a waste of real estate on the page. Overall, I don’t think the layout is well thought out.Use:Due to the layout there’s no real way to use this as a planner, it’s kind of more of a wellness tracker but the “seven-step positive psychology system” isn’t really a system at all - it kind of just intros the sections of the planner and instructs you to create a vision board - there weren’t as many prompts or examples as I had hoped for the price… which brings us to quality….Quality:Aside from not really being a planner, I *would* have said this could maybe be a good habit tracker but NOT for this price given the quality. The outside scuffs and scratches very easily, the paper is too thin for most pens and the ink bleeds through and you can even see the writing marks pushed through the paper. The layout print is pretty faint because of this. On top of that, it has pages where the pages are messed up and there are scraps of paper glued onto random pages (see photo). There was clearly no quality check. The plastic bag it comes in says made in China and that is evident. This is an Alibaba product in terms of quality - it’s not as nice as planners or trackers you’d pick up in Target for $15 but they charge over twice that and the content and quality are terrible.I would not recommend this to anyone. I'm so disappointed that I wasted money on this.

The best daily planner!
I LOVE this planner! I have used so many planners before and couldn’t find the right one. This one finally has everything I need! Not only can I plan out my days well, but I can also set my goals and be reminded to stay connected to myself and integrate self care in my routine. I also like that it is well structured and has a weekly planning and weekly reflection page which makes it a nice combination of wellness planner and journal at the same time. Exactly as it says, one page per day, which doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed.

Cute Cover, awkward layout
Planner came in a cute box and had a beautiful cover with metallic lettering. However the inside had a great deal of issues that made this planner awkward to use. You can tell the binding is cheap and the pages buckle in an awkward way. My biggest issue is the line spacing throughout the planner the lines are too small and close together it’s really hard to write what you need. And everything is just awkwardly spaced as though the makers didn’t consider how people might write on the page. And while I appreciate the focus on self-care they had many questions to answer on a daily basis . Having to answer those questions every day felt a bit overwhelming and they might make more sense on a weekly or monthly page.

Really well thought through
I am someone who has a ton of different planners and this is the first review that I am writing in a long time. I really like the way the journal was created. I desperately needed some more self-care time in my day-to-day life but it was just another thing on my already big pile of to-dos and commitments. I like to use this planner for a few minutes in the morning to plan out my goals for the day and also consciously decide how I will take time for self-care. I found after using it now for 8 weeks, I see that I am now drinking half a gallon of water a day ( life changer- chronic under-drinker will understand), I eat better, I do my visualization and affirmations. Emotions are hard to measure but, I can tell that I am less anxious and have been in more ease and flow.very happy with and can recommend it to anyone :)

Exactly what I've been searching for!
I am actually using it and it's perfect! I've tried many other wellness planners but they were always too complicated and I never stuck with them. This planner is structured in such a way that I only need a few minutes each day to get focused and keep track of my goals. It also has space for deeper reflection at the end of each week and weekly overview to keep me on track for the next week. There is a page to create a vision board and a page to set intentions, it was my first time creating a vision board, I look at it every day! One thing I also love is that it is undated, if I miss a day or two I don't "feel bad" about it! It arrives beautifully packaged and the quality is EXCELLENT! I use felt tip markers for writing and the paper is sturdy and the ink does not show through. It lays flat for ease of writing and I love that it is hardcover but it is the perfect size and weight to carry around in my bag. It helps me take better care of myself, I highly recommend and I will be ordering another one.
