There are many pieces to this desk. Read over the instructions carefully, several times before beginning. Once you understand how to assemble, it is fairly easy. It will take some time but, the final outcome is worth it.This is a beautiful two drawer desk that once assembled is very sturdy and functional. I searched for a desk of this size as I needed it to fit in a small nook in my loft. A perfect fit. There is plenty of room for a 15 inch laptop, a mobile phone, mouse pad, and several handheld ham radios.The finish is nice, no defects noted. The two drawers are very roomy and provide storage for pads of paper, staplers, pens, pencils, and other office necessities. As with any desk, I recommend ordering a desk top clear vinyl protector. There are numerous options on Amazon. It will preserve and protect your desktop from scratches and spills. If care is taken, I'm sure this desk will last. I would purchase again.

We purchased this desk for a small space in our bedroom and it fits perfect! It was easy to assemble, sturdy and looks very nice.

I purchased this to put in my spare room to do my diamond art paintings on. It freed up the mess on my dining room table. I couldn’t use a large one and this size is perfect.

Overall this is nice little desk, cute, sturdy, and relatively easy to put together by myself. I took one star off because the bottoms of the desk drawers was missing. I contacted the seller and initially got a pretty quick response that the manufacturer would send replacement pieces and provide the shipping tracking information from the warehouse as soon as they had it. Then a few weeks went by without any word and I couldn't seem to contact anyone again (every link came up broken) so I thought I was essentially ghosted. But then they did contact me with the tracking information and eventually sent the replacement drawer flats.So it took almost two months to resolve but I did get the missing pieces and overall I'm pretty happy with this desk as it was exactly what I wanted for my small home office.

I give this desk an A+. It took me about 2 hours to put together, I believe because I did it all by myself. You have to follow the directions step by step and make sure you install the glider strip facing the right way. The illustration could have been a bit more detailed, but managed to figure it out eventually. It really was very simple to assemble. All the holes lined up, no problems whats so ever. It is extremely sturdy, my 27" iMac sits on top and no wobbling at all! I was afraid it was going to be flimsy wood because of it's price, but it was the opposite!!! Love this desk!

My 15 year old great niece girl picked this out for her Christmas gift from her grandmother. She loves it to put makeup on in the morning before school, plus can be used as a homework desk.I don’t think it is solid wood, but for the price, is a nice desk.

I bought this desk for my high school. It was the perfect size and functionality.
