Excellent water pump and excellent customer service
I purchased two of these submersible water pumps for a flood where I live and I am extremely pleased with them as they have dealt with the situation really well. The pump is very powerful and robust and is able to pump out large quantities of water quickly and easily. The hose that comes with it is also very sturdy and can extend up to 30 metres in length, which is very handy. The company that sells the pump (PJM Trading) is also excellent. They were quick to respond to my queries, very helpful and friendly, and flexible with my delivery requirements.

Powerful Pump.
Cleared excess sludge build up in septic tank without problem. Well made item. Very pleased with results. Delivered quickly as well.Great value for money.

Hi it keeps turning it’s self off,, very annoying , float in upright position, never had one doing this before , can you send out a replacement one pls

Good pump
I used this pump to clean out a cess pit that needed repairs doing. The pump itself is really good. Cleaned the pit out in probably a minute or two. One minor problem was the adaptor plug to go from 2 pin to uk standard three pin plug - it was broken so I will probably end up wiring a uk plug directly. The biggest annoyance is the float switch. It keeps the pump switched off even when it is totally submerged. I ended up having to tie some string to it to yank it up and make the connection to get the pump going again. But, I am happy with it nonetheless. It’s well made and robust and works very well indeed. I also liked the way they supply you with hose and the fire hose fittings. Whilst looking around I noticed that many suppliers only give you the pump. This was ready to rock and roll straight out of the box. Just that darn float switch but I can live with that !

So I’m going to actually write a review of this company, the product is fantastic, but better than that when it had a fault after using it twice it was collected and replaced very quickly and hassle free , fantastic service,, didn’t think you stil got service like that ,,, 5 star review,
