Molly's Suds Starter Pack | Includes 70 Load Natural Laundry Powder, 1 Package of Wool Dryer Balls & 1 Oxygen Whitener

I did a lot of research and decided to go with Molly Suds because it was a cleaner and safer alternative to other "clean" laundry products. I got the starter pack - Peppermint Laundry Detergent, Lemon scented Oxygen Whitener and the wool dryer balls. The laundry detergent works great so far and I love the smell. My only complaint is that because it's fine powder, when you open the bag and sprinkle it into your laundry, it does sort of diffuse into the air and so you briefly smell and inhale peppermint powder. BUT, it's a completely clean product that works well, so if that's the worse of my complaints, I'll take it. I LOVE the oxygen whitener. It smells delicious (wish they made the detergent lemon scented too!) and works great - just do make sure to put it in first before adding your laundry. I added on top of a sheets already in there, along with the peppermint detergent and it did seem to react and discolor my off-white sheets. Yet, when I ran them through the wash and dried them, I couldn't see any lasting stains, so maybe it was just an initial reaction. And the wool dryer balls are amazing. They truly do soften and remove wrinkles - even better than any laundry sheets I've used. All in all, very happy with this product.

What is this "Stuff" I refer to? Answer: Ingredients. Do a quick search on the chemicals inside those major brands like Tide and you will find out all the "wonderful" Cancer-Causing ingredients inside! Yeah, and we wear these clothes on a daily basis, letting our skin absorb these "wonderful" ingredients! Now combine that with a good ol' fabric sheet like Bounce, with its Respiratory Problem Inducing ingredients and you get a "WONDERFUL" combination of "Kill-Me-Slowly" cocktail!!! Who needs Uranium when you have laundry detergent?!? Who knew a good scent could kill o_o Cover up the clean with a good smell and/or soak the fabrics with "kill everything including the user" ingredients; that's the way! Really???Enter Molly's Suds. Smaller brand, not advertised like the big shots. But it's brands like these that make the better products. The ingredient list on it is impressive and there are only a few on there. Yeah, you won't get that Major-brand induced scented clean but in my opinion the clothes still come out clean. In fact, it made me realize that there is no need for me to use the 60 minute Permanent Press w/ Pre-soak option for clothes that aren't even dirty and simply have some sweat smell. Now washing a load takes 30 minutes!!! Not necessarily because of this detergent but because I understood that my daily clothes don't need a strong wash every time. Though some major brands actually need an hour to properly soak in the water, which is why people look for alternative types like liquids and pods. Happy to report that this product requires very little powder for a full load, dissolves just fine on my 30 minute setting and gets the clothes stinky free! Just no scent, but I have a solution thanks to this starter set.I read this somewhere so the credit goes to that site/blog/person. Buy some essential oils (I chose Lavender) and put 2-5 drops per dryer ball before tossing in the dryer. Now my clothes come out with a nice lavender smell. And I only have to add the essential oils every 2 loads! The dryer balls work fine in removing wrinkles and drying time has decreased from the 60-70 minute setting to the 50 minute setting! But don't take my word for it, get your own and find out for yourself. I did and I'll be buying this from now on :)

I rarely write reviews but needed to comment that I am absolutely thrilled with their products! I tried the starter pack and am now a full convert to Molly's Suds. Living in an area with VERY hard water, it has been difficult to find products, without harsh chemicals, that will clean clothes well and not leave a fabric softener residue. Molly's Suds exceeded my expectations.Wool Dryer Balls: No wool scent transfer on clothes. Added a few drops of 100% lavender oil to each ball. Clothes were softer, had fewer wrinkles, and dried in less time.Detergent: Cleaned the clothes really well! Deodorant patches; gone. Food/grease stains: gone. Bonus: the scent is lovely, fresh, and clean...not perfumy, synthetic, and overpowering. And, there was zero residue. The clothes felt clean to the touch, unlike the filmy residue from fabric softeners.Whitening Powder: FINALLY, a product that brightened my dingy whites! I think this even did a better job than OxyClean.I never thought I'd say this, but no more dryer sheets and no more fabric softener for me. Seriously, try the starter pack, follow the directions, add some vinegar to the fabric softener compartment, and enjoy!

These dryer balls are really cool. The laundry powder works fine for general laundry. Whatever you do, do NOT stick your nose in the oxygen whitener bag to smell it!

I’ve been impressed with this laundry soap. Has removed stains very well so far. My clothes feel soft and smell clean. I love knowing that all the harsh chemicals aren’t in it! I would purchase again.

Been using for 7 years. Really like the product. Use as directed with measurements, gets out tough dirt. Once in a while use bleach on colored but can fade clothes if use too much. Using bleach on whites with hot water temp - gets them white. Stopped using dryer sheets years ago. Once I did the wool balls I never went back! Tip- if you have dryer sheets use them to clean your tub!!! Wet ONE SHEET in hot water and wipe away - easy peasy- after rinse the shower Shines and soap scum GONE!!!!
