Wishful thinking
Purchased to connect a Ota antenna to smart TV with no coaxial connection, hoped to convert coaxial to hdmi portDidn't work. Don't know if it's due to antenna, or unit

Need a adapter to connect
If you’re connecting to a regular coax cable, you’ll need an adapter. The cable end doesn’t fit regular coax cable.

PAY ATTENTION....
to when it tells you to read carefully and understand this is a highly returned item. We did and went through and made sure it was what we needed....however make sure you PAY ATTENTION to the connections....we didn't and we thought we were getting the piece that you screw the cable line into...its NOT screwable it has funky little metal things that stick out the sides. Not what we were looking for didn't even think to look at that before buying.
