Q: Has anyone worn this while working out?

It is very stiff, I can't imagine anyone working out and wearing this brace at the same time!

Q: I m measured my waist, it is 45 inches. Your xl starts at 48 inches and the large ends at 42 inches, what should I order?

I would say the size Large is the closest fit to that.
