Loved this series. Unique characters.
I wrote this review after reading the first 3 books in the series. The 4th book is due to be released December 22. These are the first books I have read by Julia Wolf. I was looking for rock star books with a playlist as I enjoy combining music with the books I'm reading and discovering new music. These books are brilliant. Often I find an author will make her characters similar in each books but these books are all very different and the characters in each book are unique. The books are hot 🔥.The first book, Falling in Reverse, is about Iris (lead singer of band 'The Seasons Change') and her sexy Irish bodyguard Ronan. There are characters from the authors previous books (which I will be going back to read) and interesting side stories. Great to have a confident, sexually empowered female rock star. The friendship and dynamics of the band are interesting. It certainly made me eager to read Adam's book - 'Faded in Bloom' (no 3) and I read them out of order as Callum's book didn't appeal to me as much. But boy was I wrong. 'Stone Cold Notes' (Callum & Wren, book 2) was my favourite book of the 3.

not as good as I’d hoped
Had to push myself to finish this book and that’s rare. I liked the interaction between Iris and Ronan. Their love was beautiful to see unfold. However it took a lot to get from one scene to another and rather than it sucking me in I found it hard going to stay interested in the plot and all the in between details unfortunately. Not one of my most enjoyable books this year but maybe it’s just this book. I’d try another from this author. Just for me this wasn’t as good as I’d hoped.

Really enjoyed!!
This was actually my first rockstar romance, and I really enjoyed it. It also helped me get out of a massive reading slump. I loved the relationship development between them both, the banter between them. I loved seeing the relationship between iris and her band mates. Will definitely read more rockstar romances after this.

who knew a Irish accent could be so sexy?
Falling in reverse hosts a couple who are like fire and ice, complete opposites but put them together and things get steamy! This story is about a strong independent female rock star and the her hulking Irish bodyguard.Iris and Ronan have a instant attract to each other the first time they meet, but when Ronan is hired to keep Iris safe they know they have to kick their feelings to one side for the sake of the job. But as time goes on and the flirting fights between these two opposites become even more heated the draw to each becomes to strong to resist. If you have read anything by Julia Wolf in the past, you know this women writes to melt your panties off and this book does just that!

Triumphant
Honestly, the only downside to any rocker book this lady puts out is the fact that it's not about the Blue Boys. Everything else about the story is a guaranteed hit for me.

Fiesty Rocker meets yummy Irish bodyguard and boom!
This is Iris and Ronan’s story. He is a very protective, dominant in a nice way, Irish bodyguard to Iris the rocker in a band. She took some time to warm to, she was a bit too mouthy and challenging but then that all adds to the story as you will find out. You could name a delicious sweet/candy after Ronan as he’s hard on the outside and soft in the middle. That just about sums up his nature. They both have unbelievable chemistry and their relationship gets tested a time or two. The story has a bit of everything we have come to expect from Julia’s books, angst, love, humour, jealousy and back story. As for the secondary characters, oh Finn, you’re a darling and you really stepped up to the mark when Ronan wasn’t there and the Olivia thing happened. That’s the only teaser I’m going to give. It’s a fast paced guaranteed page turner and Julia gives us all the usual feels. Definitely recommend this to all you romantic book lovers out there.

Read in less than a day…it’s that good
Julia Wolf has put done herself with this book. I loved Built to Fall, but this topped it.Ronan melted my heart right from the beginning. He really is a sweetie with a tough edge.Iris is fiesty and a fab heroine. Her quest for freedom, whilst not really being free was inspiring. I love how the story developed with a few twists and turns. It’s awesome to see the other guys from the band too.I read this book in less than a day because I couldn’t put it down. It’s definitely one of my favourite Rockstar romances
