It's a great tool to use for teaching fractions. I love using it. Great visual.

I bought these to teach my third grader fractions, and quickly realized that they provide a great visual for how 2/8 equals 1/4 and similar situations that will be a great foundation for her to have some simplifications memorized without having to think too long about it. The pieces themselves are created from durable plastic and seem as if it would be hard for them to break. They come in a confinement storage cylinder to keep the pieces from becoming scattered.

We labeled our own set for ease of use. I love that the pieces are durable plastic. I wish it included 9ths. 7ths wouldn’t honestly be that useful since it only goes up to 12ths, but 9ths would be.

The media could not be loaded. I WROTE the #s in for my son! However, these are the most useful when learning fractions!! Please use with your kiddos to save drawing out thousands of little awkward pies! This is an engaging tool in bright colors which will grab your child’s attention.

I use these in my summer school math class. I found their very useful.

I purchased this for my first grade son as they had started doing fractions before Covid lockdowns started. My husband and I wanted to purchase some learning materials to help with the weeks we were in quarantine and we are very pleased with this purchase!I love the sturdiness of these and my son is able to handle the pieces easily. I also like that the pieces come in a plastic round container to hold the pieces and it’s compact. The only thing i don’t like, which is no deal breaker at all, it’s just a pain to put the pieces back in the circular container they come in. (Seriously though, it’s not a big deal, just something I didn’t think of when I purchased them).I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing these for your child/students who are learning fractions!

These fraction circles are easy to work with. It would have been nice if the manufacture would have stamped what part of a fraction each piece represents. I wrote on each piece fractionally what it is representing.

The pieces are a hard durable plastic. I like how they are mostly transparent so my son can compare how 2/8 = 1/4. They match! He loves just working with them
