Q: If assembled on a deck that has railings how do you assemble the roof? Do you have to get on top of the roof?

Dear Valued Customer, Yes. You have to get on the top via ladder to assemble the roof.

Q: How do you run electricity for fans?

Have to use extension cords and just get creative on how to hide the exposed wiring. My wife and I purchased a solar powered fan to hang from the top and solar lights strung around the interior.
