Universal 31750 Lightweight Hand Letter Opener, 9", Silver

Works good and does what I need it to do -Opens mail, packages and boxes. Not too sharp and not too dull. I think it’s worth it the buy.

I totally misplaced our old letter opener so I set out to replace it. This opener looked just like the old one, so I ordered it. As usual, I found the old one a couple hours after this one arrived. Comparing them to each other. This one seems to be much more sturdy and bulkier. We actually this one much better than the old one. For the price, this letter opener is definitely a good choice. I would buy another one if I ever needed to do so.

I used to frequently receive paper cuts when opening mail. I've been in need of a letter opener for a while. This one works perfectly, and is not too sharp so that I don't cut myself when using it.

If you use it strictly for letter opening and not include box opening, it'll be 5 stars. I opened a box with it and it bent the opener. This is not the same as my mother's. It looked like it, but this is made of something else. Something... Bendy, lol... I gave it 5 stars because it opens letters fine, but would not re-purchase.

Great price, smooth, thick and solidly made.I thought I would get a flimsy letter opener but no.This was better than I thought. It’s sturdy and nice and long too.

Letter opener was just what I needed and was delivered promptly and at a reasonable price.

Bought one for my mother since she gets lots of mail and the nursing home would not allow her to have it in her possession due to safety issues.

Not the best envelope slicer. Too dull. Sorry!
