Had to get one.
Was on a trip and had this at a restaurant. Had to buy a couple to bring home but they where out so got them here instead. Great for breakfast!

amazing flavor / spice balance
by far one of my favorites. The balance of the sweet / garlic followed by the spice profile is perfect. I put it on eggs, burritos/bowls, chicken, even sometimes a spoonful by itself.

I was exceedingly and pleasantly surprised.
As a food/scientist chef, ask me what I really don’t like? OK, thanks. I don’t like when sugar is used to hide acrid or bitter heat. I don’t like when someone takes two popular items, mixes them, and thinks that just because they’re good individually, that the flavors would meld and, in this case, to cover what would be a bad combo, add some maple syrup. I mean, why not just add bacon and chocolate. But, seeing as how this was a Vine product and I am heavily vested in food products, I said “WTH?” and ordered it.Surprise is not a good word to use; flabbergasted perhaps. While I will say that this is just a bit too sweet for me (I’m not at all a sweets person, I’m a savory person) I have to admit that this was far, far better than I imagined it would be. It’s very balanced (if a bit sweet) and not too hot to use with people who normally don’t like heat. It has a nice umami-type flavor due to using the right jalapenos and just the right amount of siracha.I can see this becoming a well-used condiment in our kitchen as well as a stew or casserole ingredient. It’s really fun when you discover a new flavor, especially one which I have to admit, I’d never have done myself.Kudos and Bon Appetit.Review of: Sugar Bob’s Finest Kind - Jalapeno Maple Sriracha Hot Sauce, Garlic Sriracha Sauce with Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Net Weight 9.6 oz

OK, sweet, garlicky
This is an okay hot sauce that isn't very hot — basically a sweet, garlicky flavor. There's a certain amount of jalapeño heat, sort of a low-medium level, and beneath the strong taste of garlic there's a perceptible green-pepper zing, a vegetal flavor, and a weak note of maple syrup. The consistency and color are a fairly viscous, green glop, thick enough but not that attractive. It's sort of a strange flavor combination and not that much like sriracha, though it's nice enough if you want a big heap of sweet garlic on something, perhaps ideally breakfast sausage or eggs or something like that.

This has some heat! Spicy and sweet. Very tasty!
This is something that is a unique. I have never tasted something quite like this. It is tasty. It is different. It would make a wonderful treat for oneself or as a gift or in a gift basket/bag.What it is:It comes in a glass clear bottle. It is 9.6 ounces. It is a jalapeno maple sriracha. The ingredients are simple: jalapeno peppers, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, garlic and salt. This is a product of Vermont.Appearance:This is a green sauce. Upon receiving I shook the bottle. Open the lid, there is no pouring spout, but it is a thicker sauce that drips in drops if I want it to and it pours if I want it to.Flavor:First taste I can taste jalapeno peppers and sweetness. I can taste a hint of the garlic. Unlike other hot sauces, this one isn't as vinegary. It isn't overly sweet but the maple syrup offers it a perfect balance of heat and sweetness. It isn't as overly salty as other hot sauces also.Heat level:This has some heat! I would put it at a high 4 if not a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. One being low heat. This heat builds in the mouth.

Terrific!
This product features two of my favorite condiments: hop peppers and maple syrup! I've never had them together before, but Sugar Bob's Jalapeño Maple Sriracha has won me over. Now I feel like I'm going to have to drive up to Rutland, Vermont, to visit their store (they also make Habanero Maple Sriracha and Smoked Maple Sriracha).I have to say that this particular product is for hot sauce lovers. It has a jalapeño bite accompanied by the light sweetness of maple syrup. It's not hot enough to make you jump up and dance, but it's heat is respectable. The maple flavor itself is somewhat in the background, but definitely present and complements the taste of the peppers nicely. The consistency is a little thicker than Tabasco® and much like many bottled hot sauces. The heat lasts a while in one's mouth (I suspect their Habanero Maple Sriracha takes it to the next level). This is the kind of sauce I will use as a dip regularly for chicken wings, corn chips, and french fries. I can imagine going through a lot of Bob's Maple Sriracha in the future.
