These pencils are perfect for a preschooler. They’re easy to grip and use, the lead doesn’t chip or break easily, and the erasers are durable.

These are nice and thich for small hands. They are strong and stay sharp! The price is a great deal as I have only seen packs of 2 in stores. I will not use anything else!

This is a pretty good price for durable pencils. They write smoothly without breaking all the time, and sharpen fine when they get dull. The erasers don't smudge they really erase it. My son really likes the yellow and green, because as he says they are john deer pencils.

Just what I expected larger pencils

I ordered these because my 4 year old was becoming increasingly interested in drawing but had a hard time holding the pencil in the “correct” writing grasp. These pencils made all the difference! They are large enough that he naturally began holding it correctly while still having good control of where he was drawing. Even my 3 year old loved writing with these and holds them correctly.They can easily be sharpened using any pencil sharpener with a large setting but will be too big for the standard size sharpeners. These all came perfectly sharpened though and took quite a bit of drawing before they actually needed sharpened! They also have that great eraser that we all expect from this brand which I love! Highly recommend!

As a Special Education teacher, I am often worried about the pencil grip that primary students use. This larger pencil truly helps students with fine motor issues.
