The insoles are a very good support for arches if you have plantar fasciitis and cushions the heel well.

Easy to trim to size

Very well sized for my needs (UK 7) and they fit cozily into my boots but they're a little tight for my Skechers sports shoes. That said, I tend to wear boots for most of the working year and they're so very comfortable! I'm on my feet for most of the working day and used to have aching arches at the end of the day and using these has removed that problem. All of this and at a great price

Good for into my various shoes and good arch support which is what I needed

They worked almost immediately after suffering with arch pain & are very comfortable & fit perfect into trainers . Would recommend to anyone suffering with foot pain & knee pain

These are very comfortable and look like a quality product, they fit my shoes well and can be trimmed to fit. My plantar has felt much better using them. I have only one issue with them- they are very noisy, each step emits a large squeak, you certainly couldn’t sneak about in these. If you work somewhere loud probably fine, or if for long outdoors walks, great but walking around in a quiet office not recommended.

These are nice quality at a good price but unfortunately they're a bit too high on the arch for my feet.

This is definitely a good bargain. Good price and good quality product.
