Like many other people, I ordered this bidet because of the difficulty of finding toilet paper. This was one of the cheaper options I could find on such short notice, and I was nervous about the build quality because of the price. So far I've been pleased with it. The installation was a little more difficult than I had hoped; the hoses were very difficult to unscrew, especially if you don't have good grip strength. But it wasn't the end of the world, and one person can get the job done. It is important to keep a bowl under the water supply hose to catch any leaks after you attach the bidet. Mine had a slow leak after my first attempt (don't worry, it was an easy fix- just don't tighten the hoses too much). Keep an eye on it for a week or so to make sure everything is secure.Using the bidet itself is easy and the cold water is not as bothersome as you might think. The water pressure is nice and you can get really clean. My one and only real complaint is the holder that can hook on the toilet/be attached to the wall is pretty crappy. It hooks onto the toilet tank just fine, but I never saw a way to screw it into the wall. Also, the bidet handle/hose doesn't fit into it like it should. That's the only reason why I didn't give this product 5 stars.Overall: easy to use, practical, and a necessity right now.
