Another Great Scenario
Great characters, good story, and plenty of cards to help build a strong deck. Still trying to get a "win" condition but each playthrough has been fun.

Fun investigators for a great game
I love adding these investigators into the Arkham LCG game. You need the base game at minimum to make use of these cards. Comes with fun investigators and player cards that are great across multiple expansions.

Great campaign!
I got the player cards and the adventure path and they did an awesome job with this campaign. The player cards are great and the new way they’re doing the instruction book makes it a premium product. The way they do the layout for the location cards in each adventure really adds to the campaign and makes them feel like they should. For example one mission has you going to the mountain and the location cards are set with the next card above and to the right a little from the previous. So if you move right you’re going to the mountain and left is taking you down and it really adds to the atmosphere

Excelente campaña de Arkham LCG
Campaña muy buena, se siente diferente a las demás y muy original. La volvería a comprar si estuviera viviendo el día de la Marmota.

This is not The Forgotten Age
This is a better campaign expansion than The Forgotten Age. DO NOT BUY The Forgotten Age. It can cause a person to not like Arkham horror with how poorly designed and difficult it is. The Edge of the Earth is wonderfully designed and not terrible like The Forgotten Age.

Another thrilling expansion
A lot of fun to play. (Partial spoiler) Part of the campaign was initially unclear how to play as it can be inserted multiple times into the game but veteran groups will enjoy the complexity. Highly recommend for more advanced groups.

Bring your ice-pick, you’re gonna need it!
So I picked this up after having gotten the core set back in 2016. At the time I enjoyed the game but I hated the release model for their expansions, since they only released one scenario in a given campaign at a time every so many weeks. Well in an age of binge watching Netflix that wasn’t ideal for me! Lol.This big box expansion represents a shift in the release model, one I can really get behind. It didn’t hurt that it was one of my favorite themes—an Antarctic expedition, which I have loved ever since I first saw the 1980’s classic The Thing. I feel like I can finally get into this game. The only thing I really didn’t like was the new “snow flake” mechanic which has you add additional(negative) tokens to the chaos bag. I guess that is the point though. You’re not supposed to “like” it. These tokens give you a -1 to your check and require you to reach back into the bag and draw a second token. If you draw a second snowflake token then the check you are making is an auto-fail. I felt that overall this new mechanic became too punishing. You can play the game in “campaign” mode but by the end of the campaign your chaos bag will have accumulated so many of these snowflake tokens that it makes passing skill checks insanely difficult and really almost impossible. My suggestion: play the scenarios in stand alone mode only. Just add two snowflakes to your chaos bag each scenario so you can still get the flavor of the new mechanic while dodging the out of control nature of it that the campaign mode brings. Don’t worry, it will be PLENTY difficult without campaign mode—you’re not missing out on anything.Definitely worth buying though and a REALLY fantastic finale with that final mission that will leave you wanting more.
