Ordered 5/3 which should be a Medium Chestnut Brown colour which is a warm shade. Product arrived and labelled 5/3.I was applying this on top of short hair coloured with 5.3 four weeks ago but with a tiny anout of dark blond regrowth.Product was mixed in accordance with instructions.The result is a very dark brown, closer to black, with no warmth whatsoever. It is a very cold dark brown.This is going in the bin and I now have to walk aroud looking like I am wraring a wig until a replacement dye can be delivered.

I applied this colour and did not get the result (dit not cover my grey properly),next thing at first wash what ever colour came in result that washed away ..at very first wash..very disappointed...😥 might be expired one..

Absolutely do not buy anything from this seller, as pictures show it is not genuine item, I will be contacting ombudsman if the seller dose not refund my account !!

I use Wella for years, cannot say anything bad about the product.

Both dyes are out of date. One is almost a year out of date. They also had no change on the colour of the hair and are ineffective due to this.
