I had a locksmith come out and create new keys for my husband since he was Lost them. I had multiple locksmiths tell me and the dealership that Amazon keys do not work which had me a little nervous. I figured before I paid the locksmith an extra hundred dollars for his key I would try and have him key these 2. Works like a charm for my husbands 2016 ram 2500

When I took the two five keys to a locksmith he was only able to program one key that other key was unable to be programmed.UPDATE: I had to update this due to the fact of the customer service being extremely attentive with the problem that I had with one of the fobs that I ordered. The company reached out and addressed the issue with no problem and replaced the fob kept that I wasn't able to get programmed. Extremely impressed with this level of customer service.

The Key is not being recognized by the vehicle as being in the OFF/Lock Position (2017 Ram 2500). Using Thinktool Pros to program. I also tried this in all other key positions, door open, door closed and it did not function.

Bought these for my 2013 ram and took them to a lock smith to be programmed. Lock Smith programmed them but they would not unlock the doors. The chip inside is different from the factory chip and will only program to start the vehicle. Ended up having to buy a $90 fob from them. Do not waste your money or time on these fobs. Will be returning.

Cost for 2 was much cheaper than buying one from the dealer. Packaged great and came on time.
