Great to share with classroom
These are very colorful and write well. My son passed these out to his classmates on his birthday. The kids liked them and I even kept one for myself as the erasers work great!

Nice pencils at a low price.
I bought these for 3rd graders. They write a smooth line and the eraser erases rather than create a black smear as some pencil erasers do. The Happy Birthday design is bright and works for both sexes. My only complaint is that when sharpened there is a jagged ridge of the plastic design left at the edge of the raw wood, but it can be smoothed somewhat. I prefer painted pencils that do not have this jagged edge. If it were possible, I would give them a 4.5.
