Great knife for the price
It appears schrade has crafted once again a highly capable blade for a fair price. This knife is good for all around usage. The ergonomics feel great in hand and fits nicely in the sheath that comes provided. Comes sharp but I ran mine over a leather strop to really get it nice and mean. You really do get a lot for the price and it would appear schrade is making a come back to respectable knives.

Great all purpose knife.
This knife feels good in the hand and is big enough for most work without being too big. The bump in the blade looked like a grinding flaw at first but it's a nice stop when slicing paracord or rope. Definitely recommend!

Does not hit the mark
I wanted this as a cheap field knife and was attracted to the stated AUS-8 steel which is usually fairly good, being used on high end knives not so long ago. On opening the package the knife was blunt and would not cut A4 paper, my usual test. I would have been willing to sharpen it, but the steel was very thin on the edge and tip, it did not look beefy enough for outdoor work, The sheath is plastic and in my opinion poorly designed with a metal belt clip held by 3 shallow screws. For me this does not work for reliable carry, the clip looks as if it would easily come loose or break off and only has one position. The only positive was the grip ergonomics and the lanyard hole.

The best fixed blade I've ever owned, get it while you can.
This is really a diamond in the rough, absolutely incredible quality will last a lifetime, sheath is incredible tight fit, handle is perfect with amazing material, I do with you could switch the pocket clip to the other side of the blade to it could be inside the waist but other then that far above expectations
