LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Hulk vs. Red Hulk 76078 Superhero Toy

My son begged for this Lego set for a few months before we purchased it for his 10th birthday. It did not disappoint! He and his brothers sat together for a few hours to put this together ,which I love ( anything that brings my kids closer together is awesome). They really enjoyed putting it together and absolutely love playing with the little gun things that shoot the tiny pieces across the room. Sometimes they try to see if they can knock down the others character. Tons of fun! He's had this since June and still plays with it on a regular basis so I definitely believe it was worth the money. I asked for his opinion before I wrote my review and he gave it the 5 stars and said that it is "AWESOME!!!!"

The BadYes this is pricey. Cost per brick = $0.16. That is more like the price of a retired set. The build took me about 2 hours. The to "cars" are very similar in their build. I was not sure I was in the right book, unless I saw the color difference. The Hulk appears to be the same Hulk from past sets. No movement except for shoulder and wrist.The very Good and good.The Red Hulk is not a complete copy of Hulk. Rulk's hair is as it should be and the pants are smoothed over. She-Hulk and Red She-Hulk are basic minifigs. They come with a smirk and mad face. The colors of the two is nice. Speaking of nice colors, the Hulk's "car" had nice shades of green as well as the big purple tires.The GREATBoth "cars" come with launchers. The red has ones I have seen in past sets. The green has a Gatling gun! Spin the back knob and fire off the shells as fast as you can. And do they launch. I have already lost 2 shells.The so-soNow the feature where the Hulks launch when you smash in to each other, that not quite that good. I can get them to fly by slapping the front and back of just one car. They may fly better when 2 7 year olds smashing them.With all the bad parts, why 5 stars? Ok I am a Hulk fan. We get Red Hulk, Red She-Hulk, and She-Hulk. NEVER Lego licensed released before. The colors on the "cars' in nice. The green had a nice emerald and hunter shades. The red come with a bucket off a front end loader, it is only decoration. And the GATLING GUN!!.I would have 4.5,but that is not an option.

I'm not always a fan of some of the lego sets but this lego set has been great. Our 5 year-old son loves it. Of course, he loves anything that he can crash but it helps that this is meant to be crashed. Besides the Jurassic Park sets, this has been his favorite...and mine too.

This was on our kid's wish list for a couple months. We recently gave it to him as a birthday present. It did not disappoint. Our only complaint is the cost. We would rate it 3/5 for value and 4/5 overall.

My eight-year-old son is obsessed with the Hulk. It's surprisingly difficult to find toys that are just Hulk. He also loves Legos and when he saw this in the store he begged and begged for it. Ended up getting it for his birthday and it was his favorite present. He didn't have any trouble putting together the pieces and loves the little Hulk figures.

Great toy. Love it. 6 year old put it together. 4 year old plays with it. It really stays together well. The purpose of the toy is to crash the front end of the vehicle into something. This triggers a lego mechanism that really does launch the Hulk through the air. So creative, and high quality. Only Lego.

Great value. 2 large hulks and 2 she hulks plus vehicles. Great for any minifigure collector.

Package was SMASHED. Not even in another box ....came in original box like you'd buy it at the store and even at that I'd make sure the box looks nice before purchase
