Animals #1 water bowl
Love it and it's a great water bowl for everything that comes in the yard and in the winter time if the water freeze in the bowl, the bowl is sturdy enough its doesn't crack the bowl and its heavy enough the dogs doesn't pick it up and throw it like a ball long lasting plastic and it's a great size for the dogs and the birds to have enough water in it to last all day. Number one water bowl for all of our animals and wild life

Label Came Off CLEANLY. Love this attractive dish
PAID: $7.18 on sale, on May 16, 2024 for Blue Large 52 oz model.2/18/25 Update: While I was waiting for the attractive blue model to go back on sale, I found the white-ish 52 oz bowl marked $2.99 at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, so I purchased two of them, while watching the blue model rise to over $10 on Amazon.UPDATED REVIEW ON 2/7/25:REMOVED LABEL CLEANLY: Unlike some reviewers, I was able to carefully remove the label from the bowl, with no annoying residue left behind. It required a very slow and steady pull, but it came off cleanly, thank goodness. The bowl does have an oily feeling layer on it that takes a dedicated soapy scrubbing to remove. I think the manufacturers apply that oily film so that stacked bowls can be pulled apart more easily.NOT UNBREAKABLE: My original review called these unbreakable, but that's not really true. Today, after 8 months of use on a sunny porch, I cracked it. As I was flinging water out of it, it flew out of my hand onto the lawn and cracked cleanly across the middle. (See photos.) I would not have expected it to crack, from a short lob onto dirt and grass. Perhaps it hit at just the right angle; or perhaps the plastic was made more brittle from the UV rays of the sun, but I'm a little disappointed. The unexpected breakage won't stop me from repurchasing this item when it goes back on sale. On a positive note, the edges of the plastic along the cracked edge were not sharp enough to cut oneself, and it did not create extra shards of plastic upon impact ... just a clean crack.1/8 INCH THICK: I measured the thickness of the base of the bowl after it cracked and it was exactly 1/8 inch thick. In fact the entire bowl is 1/8 inch thick, except where it is thicker for the design on the sides and a wee bit thinner just under the thickest part of the design.WATER BOWL STAYS CLEAN: I replace the water in this bowl at least once a day. After dumping the old water, and before refilling, I add a couple inches of water to rinse it. I swish my fingers around the interior to get rid of any stuck debris, and to determine whether any slimy film has built up on the inside, requiring a real washing with soap. After 8 months of daily refilling in this fashion, I have never once encountered a slimy feeling on the interior of this bowl. As long as I replace the water daily, the interior plastic remains squeaky clean.USE & CONTEXT: I feed 4-6 TNR-ed feral cats. I keep two water bowls out for them and use a plastic bowl for the unshaded location. A metal bowl can become burning hot in the Florida sun. A ceramic bowl is too likely to break.I like this 'Large' 52 oz size for the purpose. The cats usually drink one by one, often stretching their neck to drink from the opposite side of the bowl, LOL. But two cats often drink at the same time without getting in each other's way. It holds enough to last the full day, two days I suppose in an emergency, if the evaporation from sun & wind are not too bad.The color and "faceted blue glass" appearance is very attractive. A couple of my photos illustrate their translucence; notice the brick behind the cracked bowl I am holding up. They're not super heavy (like ceramic bowls) but they're heavy enough that the wind won't push them around (like the very thin molded plastic bowls I started out with, donated by the TNR trapper).

Sturdy pet bowl for a great price.
This bowl is nicely made and very sturdy. You won't need to worry about dropping it or damage from putting it in the dishwasher. It's listed as jumbo sized, and that's exactly what it is. If you're considering purchasing this for a small or medium sized dog, you might want to look at a size down. This bowl is perfectly sized for large dog breeds and you can use it as either a food or water bowl. It did have a sticker on the inside bottom area that was annoying to get off, but other than that it's a great bowl at a great price. Would highly recommend.

Sturdy but sizing is off
I’ve had a handful of these in varying sizes and they are sturdy and are heavier so harder for pets to tip over but none of them are accurate for sizing they are close but not what they are labeled at, for instance I just got the 20 oz wet/ dry crock and a 16.9 oz water bottle fills it to the very brim , also in testing the 52oz version 48 oz fills it to the brim, not the biggest deal but for that reason docked a star. Still good quality for the money.

Thick, easy to clean, holds the right amount
I am surprised by how much I like this water bowl. Before, I had been using a stainless steel one that had the sloped sides so it was spill proof. It had a coating on it that was peeling so I needed a new one and after looking at A LOT of options, I went with this one sort of on a whim. Zero complaints. It is thick enough that it doesn't get knocked over (by me or the dogs), but isn't overly heavy without water in it. It looks nice, it doesn't get grimy and gross, which used to happen a lot more frequently with my stainless steel one. I keep it on a placemat on the floor, so I'm not sure what I can say about slip resistance...it doesn't seem to get moved around much. I was a little iffy about a "plastic" water bowl, but honestly, I drink out of plastic containers all the time, and the dog treats and stuff is all in plastic containers, so the water bowl isn't adding any chemicals not already around. It didn't have a plasticy smell like some cheap products do. I'm super satisfied with the quality of this bowl.

Plain, simple and perfect!
There's no noise being hit when it's empty which doesn't happen as often now since the bowl size is perfect.Holds a ton of water so I recommend maybe doing half.If you use it for food, the quality stays pretty fresh. It doesn't slip across the floor. The height is perfect for most dogs but maybe not new born pups.It has a pretty good function for either water or food but I mostly use it for water.

Good Bowl to Raise Dog's Other Water Bowl
I bought this bowl to raise the water bowl I already have out for my pup. She's got longish legs. So I take the white, ceramic 8" pasta bowl I currently use for my pup's water, to set on top of THIS bowl. Works great & looks fantastic! Just the right height for my doggie to drink out of, comfortably. THIS bowl is good quality and a very solid base for my dog's other bowl. It'd probably work with other water bowls out there, too.
