This is a game changer, I can’t use a stepladder and this is very sturdy and best of all, it has handrails.

The ladder does not stop rolling around when you step on the bottom step. This creates a safety hazard. I've corresponded with Shane Rivera at Tri-Arc. They sent a replacement step but it is exactly the same as the original. In my opinion, the "notch" should be shallower or have an angled opening. If you look at the bottom step you can see there is only about 5/8" of space for the step to move when you put your weight on it.

Meets all the requirements for our application

Ordered this product in early March- it didn't ship until 5/28. It did not deliver until until 06/11/24 and the leg bent. So the product is ok- but don't order it unless you can afford to wait 3 months go get it.

Stable when working at the top.

The "safety" ladder is out of wrack. There is a 3/8" imbalance in the wheels on the corners. I will have to take apart the wheel assembly and insert a pad to get it in balance.
