The toes on right foot splay to the right so much that the middle toe is pushed on top of the forth toe which causes my toes to rub against my shoes and puts pressure on the forth toe often causing pain when I walk or jog. With the three toe gel separator, the toes are straightened enough to fit comfortably in my shoes and releaves much of the pressure on the forth toe. I can wear it pretty much all day. So far I've been using it daily for about 3 months and it is beginning to wear out; likely to need replacement in a couple weeks.

Did absolutely nothing for hammer toe. Too soft. One of the items can only be worn 4 hours and needs gradually worked from 1 hr to 4 hours. None sturdy enough to deter hammer toe from crossing over.
