It works perfect for my Navien tankless hot water heater
For a fraction of the price of the Navien prv valve and entire plumbing (which is sold in a kit for $200+), this prv valve worked perfectly! For $30! Thank you!

Great for our Rinnai tankless water heaters
I used two of these (one on each unit) for our parallel Rinnai tankless water heater units in our basement. The original relief valves had begun to leak. Our house water pressure runs as high as 95 psi. Easy installation of the new relief valves, and no leaks! The manual relief function works perfectly for both valves, and each valve re-seats with no leaks. Recommended!

Hold pressure!
So far so good, installed the PRV three months ago and the PRV is holding up great.

Edit...doesn't leak...my bad!
Edit to Add: i had to comeback and change my review to 5 stars. After installing another relief valve the leak didnt go away. I bought a pressure gauge to see what the actual pressure was and it was really high ... close to 150. The pressure for residential should be 80 tops. I found my pressure reducing valve and turned it all the way down and the psi was still very high (the PRV has a range of 25-75 and this was reading twice that). Faulty PRV! I took it apart, cleaned and lubed the internal and put it back together. Worked like a charm. PSI is at 80 and allnis well again. So if anyone reading this has similar symptoms before to check your water pressure!I tried this brand (twice) when my Watts 150 PSI relieve valve went out. I bought it from Amazon Warehouse the first time and it leaked. Bought it new from amazon and it leaked even worse! Went with a Rheem brand relief valve and it also leaked. Im talking gallons a day. Returned them all and picked up a Watts original replacement. Dry as a bone now. I think the problem is these valves have a pressure range (i read 75-150 PSI somewhere) where as the Watts PRV is set to open at 150 or greater. These shouldnt be sold as 150 PSI then.
