These ribbons were used in a busy restaurant kitchen printer and never gave us any problems. I highly recommend them.

I purchased these for use with Star brand kitchen printers and damaged both printers to the point they needed replacement. The printer spindle that fits into the ribbon to advance the ribbon did not fit quite as tightly as with Star branded products, resulting in wear to the spindle and eventual loss of ability to advance the ribbon and failure of the printer. After I replaced the first printer I had staff pull all the Gorilla branded ribbons and order OEM replacements, but apparently they didn't throw them away and one wound up getting installed into the replacement printer, causing the same problem as that which doomed its predecessor. So basically in trying to save a little money I cost myself $700 in replacement costs and untold frustration with customers and staff alike. It just isn't worth it.

Great price and experiences. All od our purchases have worked very good and some of these are hard to find in stock at brick and mortar stores and the price is right!!!!Gorilla Supply is truly awesome. I thought they screwed up with some product on one of our orders . So I told them so !! They took great care of us got our replacement order to us the next day and as it turns out.... It was OUR MACHINE THAT WAS BROKE !!!! not their mistake at all but they took great care of us and have done so now for almost 3 years. We have tried a couple other places but now we will buy only from Gorilla Supply !! Save your self some grief and MONEY choose these guys first,RonnyVPeppers Mexican Restaurans

They don't work as good as the original ribbons but for the price they are perfect. The ink lasts just as long or even longer than the original ribbons.The only con is that sometimes it types in red when it should be black but its nothing I cant live with unless it messes up my printer.So far I will buy again

These work just fine in our printer, and reasonably priced.
