I have suffered with diabetic retinopathy i also have peripheral artery disease after my battle of covid d19. These socks are compressing for sure, thw material itself is comforting and warm when it needs to be even though ita fairly thin for a winter sock. I am a size 12-13. I got the size for 12+. The ahin part is a bit long for my legs, but the foot and arch are great. I have another company with a few pairs of those. These are great accept the sizing is off and they could be a tad bit more on the tighter side but i have more of a runners calf. Good socks always look at the size information chart....

These are very well made compression socks. They go up to the knee, and provide firm but comfortable support. I recommend you buy one pair to see how you like the fit, and then buy more pairs if you like the product. These are machine washable, line dry, and come in unisex sizes. I wear a woman's size 8 shoe and am just under 5' 2" tall. I purchased the s/m size. The sock has a fitted toe and heel, and while my foot did not quite fill the space, it was close enough. However, on the length, it took several tries to find that sweet spot where I could pull up the socks to just below my knee without having several folds of the stretch fabric along my calves. Ideally, you want the sock to fit smoothly. People of average height will like these socks just fine. I think anyone shorter than 5' 1" may be disappointed with the length. That's why it's a good idea to buy just one pair to start. Otherwise, an excellent quality product. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I ordered the large based on the measurement of my calves, but they were huge. So I sent them back and ordered the S/M size and they were still huge! I'm average height and size female, but these weren't even slightly tight, so maybe these are just for men, even though it says men and women. From what i could tell, they were very thick and soft; seemed like a good quality.

I loved the ankle socks in this brand, so I wanted to like the knee sock version, which is what I should be wearing. I am impressed. Good value, well made, good compression, look good. I have arthritic hands though, and they’re just much too painful to pull on and off. Also, I’m 5”4 and they were over an inch too long in height. For a taller person, they will be perfect. The top band, as with any compression sock, will be tight if you have heavy legs. I felt it was more comfortable than most others. But the instep band on these did hurt my foot, even though it supposedly has the same level of compression as the ankle sock version, which fits me perfectly. I’ll have to stick to ankle socks and pull on calf sleeves, but for anyone who can pull them on, these are definitely worth trying.
