Buy Something Better
I've had one for years and it was fine. I bought another when the old one packed up and it doesn't work properly re roasting chicken. It broils rather than roasts. I told them and I have to send it back to get my money. I am disabled and paid someone to install. Now I've got to pay them again? What a con. Will anything happen or not?

Does not work
I got the item but it didn't work. And the door fell off! Atrocious quality. Should not be sold

Avoid, spend more get a better microwave!
Product description says it has a child safety lock but does not have one!! Save your money! Microwave also does not count down in seconds only minutes so have to guess how many seconds. All around cheap components in it and just after owning it for 2-3 years max and from normal regualar use it's broken and trips all the electric in house. Will only have problems in long run when buying this microwave. STAY CLEAR FROM CHEAP COOKWORKS MICROWAVES MORE LANDFILL.
