Perfect turtle to be used for a cake decoration and then as a child's toy!
My son turned 5 recently and he loves turtles. We purchased this Safari Ltd. turtle figure (lower one shown in photo is the reviewed item), along with a few other Safari Ltd. sea turtles, and used them to top his cake. We love the attention to detail in the coloring. The size of the figure, although small, is perfect for him. These turtles are smooth, solid, and sturdy. They make excellent toys. I highly recommend these and we are now interested in a few Safari Ltd. alligator figures for his brother.

Well made - but it floats
We expected to be able to dive for this.. pick it up off the bottof the pool, but it floats. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that.
