Great Quality!
I purchased a bucket of these in January 2022, and as a single person I didn't finish the bucket until mid-2024. Amazingly, the chickpeas were still in excellent condition! The sturdy plastic bucket and thick mylar inner lining really worked! These are tasty chickpeas with good texture and they cooked up well in my Instant Pot.

Quality storage option, and makes great hummus.
First off, the biggest selling point is the packaging. I've had weevils get into my food storage before even after taking precautions and for the first time in a long time, I'm not worried at all about having to sift out little weevil husks. The hard plastic bucket is stackable and prevents rips and tears to the mylar that might introduce moisture and pests. The mylar itself is vacuumed, airtight and oxygen-scavenged and so you can know immediately that the seal hasn't been compromised when you open the bucket. Secondly, I never realized how cheaply you can make your own hummus at home from dried garbanzo beans. From opening the bucket, it took 15 minutes to make fresh hummus between the pressure cooker, blender, and adding salt and spice to taste, and probably cost less than 1/10th what the store charges.

Buckets are stackable and save space. The Mylar bag keeps everything fresh and dry.The beans taste excellent with caramelized onions and chicken! The perfect recipe for the cold winter months to keep warm.Recipe: Melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and chicken; slowly cook until they are light brown. Add coriander, cumin, turmeric, and red pepper; stir and continue to cook for a minute or two to develop the spice flavors. Add garbanzo beans, salt, black pepper.
