PentelGraphGear 500 Automatic Drafting Pencil, 0.3mm, Brown, Pack of 6

Love these pencils, great for taking school notes and drawing!

Pentel's Graphgear 500 mechanical pencils are fantastic in terms of performance, feel, and comfortable weight distribution towards the tip. Since Rotring no longer has professional level 0.3mm mechanicals, this is the next best choice for detailed drawing and writing.Normally a 6 pack of these would keep you supplied forever (plus with a few to give to friends), but the sellers have a tendency only to sell you partial items. My set pack was previously opened and had only 4 out of the 6 total. I recommend going for a single unless you're willing to take the risk of getting a partial package.

i have about ten of these pencils and i literally have had to fix them jamming about ten times out of the 11 that ive used them which is a real shame because when they work they are great. but the led jams in the shaft and you have to take the whole thing apart to get it out. They also have a really bad system for the eraser (it is held between these tiny little clamps and you have to remove the eraser to fill the pen. However what ends up happening is that while erasing even lightly the eraser slips back into the pen. I have tried everyting including only putting one led in at a time, i finally upgraded to the pentel grapghgear 1000 hoping it would be better and it is only jams now fifty percent of the time. A would be great pen if they could fix the jamming issue. (Also i am using the .3 pentel graphgear and the pentel .03 1000) Hope this helps
